Coleman Sachs retired in 2019 after completing 42 years of Federal Service.   He spent 33 of those years with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), initially as a Trial Attorney in the agency's Office of Chief Counsel.  For the last 16 years of Coleman's career, he served as Chief of NHTSA's  Import and Certification Division, managing all aspects of the agency's vehicle importation program.  If you require assistance in importing motor vehicles, including on-road trailers, and motor vehicle equipment, such as tires, wheel rims, motorcycle helmets and child seats into the United States, Coleman can provide the help you need.  Coleman can also assist you in meeting other NHTSA requirements, including registration and certification requirements for manufacturers of motor vehicles and motor vehicle equipment.
